Founder and President
Morgan founded Arete Business Solutions after departing the Obama Administration as a senior defense official in 2016. An Army veteran of more than 10 years before that, Morgan comes with deep public sector leadership experience. He specializes in executive coaching, public sector business transformation and organizational design, strategic planning and human capital development.
